hello back again. end of a rather hectic week. been reaching home at 9pm on average everyday. did departmental duty on wednesday and friday. stayed back OT on tuesday. watched wall-e with zhen hong on thursday. driving on monday.

argh the lack of time. there are so many things to do but there is jut not enough time for so many. if only humans need not sleep...

seems like it has become a usual practice for me to begin my blog entry with a song or a video from youtube.

past week has been really hectic with me doing department duty for two days and staying back to rush the 2009 Ranking Database for OPC. updating and consolidating information from 2000 officers is no mean feat. i was dead beat and thanks so much to my officer who sent me home at 9.00pm yesterday with goodwood park hotel mooncakes. apparently these snowskin mooncakes spoils very easily and need to be kept in the freezer compartment as they do not contain any preservatives. they gave us a cool pack (those that are used to keep chilled can drinks cold) just to carry the mooncakes. well, i guessed that's what $40 is for...

hwachong's annual mid autumn festival more affectionately known as MAF is going on tonight. kind of looking forward to the mass dances and song sessions.

other than that i'm gonna spend this afternoon bumming around sleeping and reading. conincidentally as the song suggests i'm really not moving in terms of things i'm supposed to do:

1. UCAS applications
2. Cambridge application
3. Practice for piano examination
4. Pack my room
...

which i gave up listing.

oh yea

saw this on aaron's blog just now and thought it is pretty interesting and funny! so i decided to share it here too.

came back from work an hour ago and still clad in my no. 3 uniform. i think i better change out of ti and bath soon. wearing it and blogging makes me feel like i'm at work. speaking of work, it is really piling up. with so many databases to maintain and a large population of about 2000 airforce officers to handle, it is esy to see why there would be a lot of work, especially since ranking period has officially started. just did department duty yesterday as i swopped with another clerk and i'm doing it again tomorrow! i think i can virtually forget about my cambridge and UCAS applications. in addition, piano grade 7 practical examinations is end of this year, with such a lack of practice i am keeping my fingers crossed that i would be able to pass it.

went for nike human race 10K run last sunday and watched a concert by boys like girls after that. thoroughly enjoyed myself!

ok another random post. i need to get a life soon!
